Our Angus Brat is an all-beef brat and one of our bestselling products. It is an uncured product and is delicious used as a brat or as a lean sausage in various dishes.

One of our favorite dishes is a “Sausage and Pepper Medley.” Here’s the recipe:

I precook a pound package of our thawed Angus brats. To precook, bring water to a boil in a saucepan and then, using tongs, add the thawed brats, carefully, one by one. Bring the water with brats back to boil and boil them gently for approximately ten minutes. Remove brats and grill or set aside and let them cool. For use in our favorite dish, I diagonally, thinly slice the brats.
