We at CC Angus Beef pride ourselves in offering you more than 30 cuts of grass-finished Angus beef at its very best.

CC Angus Ranch has more than 90 cattle on 65 acres just six miles south of Mineral Point, Wisconsin.

Since 1988 we’ve used an intensive rotational grazing system where we rotate the cattle to a new pasture every 24 hours. We started selling direct to consumers in 2004.

Because the cattle are not just grass-fed but grass-finished this means that they never eat grain and are fed good forage in pastures/bales. We raise them humanely without the use of hormones, growth implants or antibiotics.

We use probiotics to enhance food safety and grassfinishing and this gives you a beef product with a higher nutritional value. Compared to corn fed beef our products have:

• More Omega 3 fatty acids.
• More CLA (conjugated linoleic acid).
• Less saturated fat.
• Higher levels of Vitamins A, B and E.

We age the beef for 21 days, which enriches the flavor and increases tenderness.

We sell our beef products in five different farmers markets throughout the summer.
